Wish Bakshi is an AI systems engineer and founder of AQ Energy, working across energy operations, trading, power generation, LNG, and AI infrastructure.

I designed his personal website to bring those different areas of work into one clear, credible digital experience.

The Challenge

Turning a complex technical career into a clear personal brand

Wish’s work spans AI, energy systems, commodities, LNG, power generation, and emerging infrastructure. The challenge was bringing all of these areas together without making the website feel like a technical document or a corporate company site.

Wish works across multiple areas of AI and energy, making it difficult to communicate the full scope of his work at a glance.

Complex ideas needed to be presented in a way that felt credible to industry professionals while remaining easy for anyone to understand.

The website needed to feel distinctly personal, separating Wish’s own expertise, ideas, and work from the corporate feel of a typical energy or technology website.

The visual direction balances the technical nature of Wish’s work with a more personal, editorial feel. Strong typography, structured layouts, restrained colour, and technical imagery create a digital presence that feels credible without becoming overly corporate.
